ThatsProperty.ai provides a podcast service that delivers information related to UK property based on a postcode provided by you. The service uses AI agents to gather public information, and this information is used to generate a podcast for you. As this is an early release, the service will evolve based on user feedback.
You can be any age to use this service. It is limited to properties located in the United Kingdom. You may only request one podcast per postcode per subscription. By using the service, you agree that, where the podcast may bring to your attention certain information of concern, you should verify any information yourself. The data sources used to generate the podcast content can be obtained from our Google Group or our Discord Server.
You must not duplicate the website or the service, use it for illegal or unauthorised purposes, or resell, redistribute, or publish the podcast content on social media or any digital platform where it can be accessed by anyone other than yourself. The podcast content is solely for the purpose of informing yourself.
ThatsProperty.ai uses Stripe for all payment services. You must subscribe to the service after a free 60-day trial. The first podcast is free. The service is non-refundable. Subscription can be cancelled at any time through the stripe customer portal, and upon cancellation, the service will terminate immediately.
The podcast will be delivered to the email address provided during the subscription process, with the postcode for the podcast content also collected at that time. We aim to deliver podcasts within 48 hours of subscription and on a monthly basis. Support is available by emailing podcasts@thatsproperty.ai, with a target response time of 48 hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm UK time). Additional support is available through our Google Group or our Discord Server.
ThatsProperty.ai reserves the right to terminate the service at any time without explanation. You may cancel your subscription at any time, after which the service will terminate immediately.
ThatsProperty.ai stores the postcode for the subject of the podcast, your email address, and billing information. We use the postcode provided to find data and create the audio for the podcast. We use the email address provided to send the podcast to you. We maintain a database of the emails we send to all users for a period of 18 months. We may use the emails to provide you with information about your subscription or account with us and to inform you of new features and services related to your use of this service. You can manage all personal data through the Stripe customer portal and you can make specific requests regarding your data to us at podcasts@thatsproperty.ai.
ThatsProperty.ai accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inaccuracies in the podcast or service. You are responsible for verifying any information provided in the podcast if you need to. The data sources used to create the podcast content can be found in our Google Group or our Discord Server. We accept no liability for any issues arising from the use or reliance on the podcast content. This service is provided competitively priced based on all activity being performed autonomously by AI agents, as such customer support on the content of any specific podcast content is not available.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
ThatsProperty.ai reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and it is the user’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.
